I had been using another mouth tape which had a bigger gap in the middle of it and felt that it wasn't helping with my snoring. So I decided to give the DreamTape a go. I was a little wary of the smaller gap but I'm a few days in and loving it. I have found if I feel a little claustrophobic from it I peel it back for a little while and then I'm ok, it also sticks back on really easily, but I'm sure I'll be able stick at and I'm definitely sleeping better. I also use a little lip balm first which I find helps when peeling it off in the morning.

Love these. Very comfortable, do a great job! Don’t wear every night now but have significantly improved my nose breathing even when not on now. Great price too.
I’ve used a variety of mouth tapes and these are the only ones I’ve found which are big enough and are also sticky but don’t rip my mouth when pulling off and don’t leave a sticky residue or bits of tape around my mouth

Ive only used this once so far but i did have a good sleep, usually i wale up through the night and i didnt wake up so seems good do far!
Good tape and lasts the night.Great that it has a hole to make breathing easier when needed. Only problem is getting the backing off, would be much easier if there was a lip or if it was like a plaster

Thanks so much for your review. Sounds like you are happy apart from the backing.
You may not have noticed, but the backing has a perforation down the middle :) Give it a fold in half to sort of crack the paper open, and then it really easily pulls apart!
Hopefully this makes sense and turns DreamTape into a 5 star product for you, although 4 stars is awesome also!

Yes very calming and comfortable! Lots of people like to put DreamTape on right after brushing their teeth. Enjoy 30 mins of calm while reading, before trying to get to sleep.

Exactly what I wanted when I ordered.It’s so comfortable and I’m sleeping so much better. It doesn’t irritate my skin at all and I’m sure it’s helped with headaches I often wake up with too.

Really sorry to hear that DreamTape hasn't been for you :(
With regards taking it off, generally speaking if you just peel it slowly then it should come off with ease. For some people that find it sticks on too firmly to their skin, a teeny amount of moisturiser can dampen the adhesion.
Noting you have only used it a few nights we would urge you to keep trying for at least 1 week. It may be the case that you don't realise the effects until you switch back to sleeping without DreamTape, and only then find out you were indeed getting better sleeps with it on.

I was a bit sceptical as my husband has been loud snoring for years and we’ve tried many things to help…from nose tape to electric shocks.None of which worked. (Although I did enjoy the shock option 😂) the Dream Tape has made a difference…he’s not quite at the no snoring stage but near enough. I can get a nights sleep without feeling that I may need to suffocate him through the night. He hasn’t found his sleep disturbed either wearing them . Would recommend…and we have been using them for over a month.
I should love to give a review but sadly my order has not arrived! Most unusual since my mouth tape usually arrives promptly?
best mouth tape, I have now got a monthly subscription so I never run out🥰 I originally was cutting them to accommodate my CPAP nasal mask but all I do now is turn it upside down fits PERFECT 👌 thanks guys xx

Have used them twice and recorded my snoring both times.The level has come down slightly, BUT its like wearing kinetic tape on your lips. Im sure the strips are stripping a layer off my lips when ivused them.

Really sorry DreamTape hasn't worked for you.
If you have persistent snoring you should consult a medical professional in case there is an underlying condition.
With regards it hurting your lips, it generally shouldn't be taking layers off your skin at all. On the contrary it traps moisture within the area so can often prevent lips drying out. We have had customers that have said they have gone through winters for the first time without developing chapped lips.
If you remove it slowly and carefully there should be no pain at all.
Hopefully you figure your situation out to somehow get better sleeps.
