Sadly not any good for me I bought them to use whilst away with my son as I snore so thought would help . Apart from providing him with entertainment how I looked wearing it . It didn’t seem to help plus I felt quite claustrophobic when I needed to cough so ended up taking it off . I can see the concept behind them but not for me .

Mouth taping can feel a little strange at first, so wearing it for a few minutes before bed can help you get used to it, and if snoring is coming from the nose our DreamFlow Nasal Strips may be a better fit. Sticks well without making it difficult to remove and I am still able to drink through a straw for a drink then go back to sleeping

I was very pleasantly surprised by these as I was skeptical they would help my snoring and frequent waking. They really do. I’m now getting deeper sleep with less awakenings, plus my dry mouth is a lot better too. I have a bad overbite so never got on with the anti snoring mouth guards, so this tape is a much less invasive and more comfortable solution.
Only issue is despite cleaning face first, sometimes the tape peels off in the night so I have to use another one (might just be me and my oily skin lol). I have just reordered 3 more packs I love them so much. Thank you!

I have never got on with those cheap plaster like nose strips that barely make any difference, but these ones are significantly better and more heavy duty - I can actually feel my nose open and breathe better.

The strips don’t stick to the nose overnight.
Hi John, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry the DreamFlow Nasal Strips didn't stay put for you. You really need to ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. If you apply without removing the natural oils your skin accumulates throughout the day, you may find them come unstuck. But on clean and dry skin they should be more or less bullet proof! It is comfortable for sleeping but I was hoping it would help relieve my back pain in the mornings by making sure I was sleeping in the correct position. No change so far.

Ripped the skin off my lips when I removed it. I could have used gaffer tape and put a whole in it for less mo ey

A tiny bit of lip balm before applying can make a big difference, and peeling slowly from the corner (a little water helps) makes removal much gentler. I thought perimenopause had ruined my sleep, I was waking up 3/4 times a night and finding it hard to get back to sleep. I believe actually I am a light sleeper and was being disturbed. I Tried lots of earplugs but these are the only ones I can side sleep with and actually work ! Some nights I don’t wake at all which feels like a miracle. The box lasts forever
