I was a bit sceptical as my husband has been loud snoring for years and we’ve tried many things to help…from nose tape to electric shocks.None of which worked. (Although I did enjoy the shock option 😂) the Dream Tape has made a difference…he’s not quite at the no snoring stage but near enough. I can get a nights sleep without feeling that I may need to suffocate him through the night. He hasn’t found his sleep disturbed either wearing them . Would recommend…and we have been using them for over a month.

The best sleep mask I’ve tried!

Really loving my new mask, I’ve tried the one from Drowsy, Dora & Rose and the M&S dupe but this one’s been my fav so far as it is a good size, well padded so it doesn’t rub on your eyes and has given the most complete blackout. Also very reasonably priced and great to support a small business

Much better sleep

Very pleased I've tried the Dream Tape mouth tapes. I've had much better sleep since using them, I'm waking more refreshed and without a drymouth but the most beneficial thing i have found is the feeling of a blocked nose I used to suffer from constantly, is now almost gone.
Glad I've ignored the teasing from my family about wearing them lol 😆, its been worth it.

Good tape and lasts the night.Great that it has a hole to make breathing easier when needed. Only problem is getting the backing off, would be much easier if there was a lip or if it was like a plaster

Thanks so much for your review. Sounds like you are happy apart from the backing.

You may not have noticed, but the backing has a perforation down the middle :) Give it a fold in half to sort of crack the paper open, and then it really easily pulls apart!

Hopefully this makes sense and turns DreamTape into a 5 star product for you, although 4 stars is awesome also!
