Only used it a few times so still getting used to it. I am yet to feel the warm glow. It feels like intense itching at the minute. I do however look forward to using it and hoping the longer I use it the more benefits I’ll feel. The Matt and pillow are ok good quality and arrived quickly. I love that it comes with the bag that you can store it in to keep it clean and tidy.
This was purchased for a present for someone who wakes up several times a night. I can report they are now waking up less times and getting to sleep quicker. They also said the mask is really comfortable.
Helpful to prevent waking with a dry mouth!
Really comfy and stays in place. My back and hip feel better after using it for just four nights!
