This is the softest sleep mask I have found! I am autistic and hyper sensitive but I don't even know I'm wearing this. It stays on all night and is brilliant at blocking out the light. It looks stylish too!

Best mask in 20 years

So I’ve had many masks over 20 years and they all move around my head during the night waking me up,initially upon opening the well presented box I was met with not really a silky mask but still nice the best bit is the cups and nose cut out this mask stayed in place all night and when I woke it was still in place,I sleep on my front without a pillow and it’s allowing me to be almost face down and breathe clearly,amy other masks this is not possibles the cups inside allow my nose to be off the mattress slightly,I love it!

Just gorgeous!
This sleep mask is really beautifully designed and made. Whilst not quite as luxurious as a mulberry silk one I tried, the bamboo silk is lovely and the mask is far more economical than the pure silk equivalents. The raised padding round the eyes allows for perfect comfort, and the Velcro fastening means you can easily adjust it for a perfect fit.

Not scary at all!

I’d heard about mouth taping and decided to purchase these when I bought a sleep mask from SleepyDeepy (which is excellent, btw!). I’d expected to feel some claustrophobia or even mild panic at not being able to mouth breathe, but the porous nature of these, along with the stretchiness, meant no such thing happened. I can’t say that my sleep has dramatically improved, and my partner commented that I did snore the other night even with the tape in place, but I certainly feel more rested since I started using them.

Fabulous

Fabulous, I’m a mouth breather when I sleep but this tape has definitely helped resolve that and my snoring. It has really helped my sleep as well, improving it. The tape can be removed painlessly and the ventilation hole still enables airflow through into your mouth. Would really recommend it if yo struggling with snoring and mouth breathing at night.

A bit scary at first

A bit scary at first, but after 4 or 5 days of getting used to the tape I wouldn't be without it. I even use it for afternoon naps! I've stocked up 5 packets just in case!

Comfy mask that is helping with s sleep problem.

This was purchased for a present for someone who wakes up several times a night. I can report they are now waking up less times and getting to sleep quicker. They also said the mask is really comfortable.
