I have been mouth taping for 4 days and already feel a difference I don't waken up with a dry mouth and tounge and sleep much better as not waking up for drinks .

Only just received these recently, and I do think already I have a less disturbed sleep. And I have noticed my mouth is not so dry. I thought I might feel a little claustrophic, but once you get used to them, that is not the feeling I have at all.
I've just had this for a few nights so far, but I definitely feel I'm waking up less achey and more well rested! It feels comfortable and I don't have the pains and aches when trying to get to sleep that I usually have as a side sleeper with my legs being on top of each other.
