Happy with nasal strips
I have never got on with those cheap plaster like nose strips that barely make any difference, but these ones are significantly better and more heavy duty - I can actually feel my nose open and breathe better.

The strips don’t stick to the nose overnight.

If you apply without removing the natural oils your skin accumulates throughout the day, you may find them come unstuck. But on clean and dry skin they should be more or less bullet proof! After doing so many Covid tests in 2020 as a teacher I damaged the inside of one nostril making it partially closed! The little strips have changed my sleep completely from the moment I put it on I could breathe out both nostril 👏🏼

Not strong or wide enough to be effective.

Really good product but the sticky back is very sticky (as it should be of course!) and makes my skin quite sore after use, this means I tend not to use them two nights in a row - which is not very useful 🫤

Bought for my husband, they seem a bit better than the old ones he used. He finds them more difficult to remove which im guessing is a good thing.
