Bought for my husband, they seem a bit better than the old ones he used. He finds them more difficult to remove which im guessing is a good thing.
These were a last resort whilst waiting for my husband sleep study referral, I didn’t expect much BUT I was WRONG !!! They were fantastic for the first time in 10 years my husband isn’t snoring …THANKU SO MUCH

Hey Carly, snoring can happen for a variety of reasons. It may be the case that you should seek the advice of a doctor. I was previously using mouth tape to help with a dry mouth in the mornings and to help with snoring! I was having mixed results so tried the Dream Flow Nasal strips! The results have been amazing I found I was having a deeper sleep due to my nasal passages being fully opened and my snoring has been over the last few weeks minimal to zero nights snoring! So happy with this product, I will use them for life!!

Didn’t work at all, hubby says still snoring made no difference.

We would recommend you pair it with DreamTape. Those 2 products together are extremely effective.
That being said, you may wish to speak to your Dr too if you are experiencing very loud snoring. They would be best to advise.

Invested in three different brands and these are my favourites. If only they were able in clear I would be super happy as I want them for day time.

First time using this brand and I will definitely be buying again. A lot of brands I’ve used in the past have been overpriced and low quality. I’ve been using the nasal strips and mouth tape for a week and I’ve had much better sleep. Other brands I’ve used have came off in the night but this one is still there when I wake up in the morning. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.
