So my husband has been persevering despite waking up the first night unable to cough with the tape on! His snoring is continuing to improve and he is sleeping better. Not a miracle cure but a great product to try to break years of poor sleep interrupted by snoring
I've tried several nasal strips before. These are very good. Clearly high quality. And they stay firmly on all night.
I have before using this tape had interrupted sleep all night every night due to dry mouth snoring and open mouth . Sorted now

These have definitely aided my sleep. Having broken my nose multiple times playing rugby these definitely help open the nasal passages at night.

I have gluteal tendinopathy in both hips. Sleeping was extremely painful until I started using this pillow. After a couple of nights getting used to it I can definitely notice the difference, significantly less pain and sometimes none at all.

Lovely smell, I spray my pillow just before I turn in. If I wake in the night I have another spray and fall back to sleep peacefully.

Love this knee pillow and particularly the comfy strap that keeps it in place all night long! No more searching the bed and floor for my support.
Would like it to be available in a thicker option as when the memory foam compresses it is a bit too thin for me.
