Hubby's tried a couple of nights... he's not sure if he's feeling better with them yet... snoring is still the same
Very pleased I've tried the Dream Tape mouth tapes. I've had much better sleep since using them, I'm waking more refreshed and without a drymouth but the most beneficial thing i have found is the feeling of a blocked nose I used to suffer from constantly, is now almost gone.
Glad I've ignored the teasing from my family about wearing them lol 😆, its been worth it.
