I have gluteal tendinopathy in both hips. Sleeping was extremely painful until I started using this pillow. After a couple of nights getting used to it I can definitely notice the difference, significantly less pain and sometimes none at all.

Love this knee pillow and particularly the comfy strap that keeps it in place all night long! No more searching the bed and floor for my support.

I saw this and decided to give it a try. I had been using a cushion which never stayed in place and didn't support my legs and hip at the right angle. This looked just what I needed, and it has been. The leg strap is genius and ensures it stays in place all night, even when I turn over regularly! It gives me the right amount of support at the right angle and has improved my lower back and hip pain. Great purchase!

I have issues with joint pain and instability, and my knees have become a real problem over the past year. I had been having real issues at night, struggling to get to sleep and then being woken up by pain in one or both knees. I've had this pillow for about a month now and it's perfect. Comfortable but firm and supportive, just the right size, and the strap to keep it in place (which I didn't think I'd be able to use but it's not irritating at all) really does keep it right where it needs to be. So glad I took the chance on it!

It is comfortable for sleeping but I was hoping it would help relieve my back pain in the mornings by making sure I was sleeping in the correct position. No change so far.

I can definitely feel the difference since using the knee pillow, those occasional niggles in the hips are a thing of the past. It felt a little strange to begin with but after a few nights, you forget its there.

I purchased this for my husband who was experiencing back pain and the beginning of sciatica; the pillow seems to have solved his issues and the pain is gone. I believe, if you are a side sleeper, it is important to keep the hips aligned properly through the night - this pillow is nice and minimalist, with a strap that keeps it in place and a washable cover. If you have hip and back issues and sleep on your side, try this pillow. Very pleased.

Can this be used after hip replacement
Hey - we don't see why not - but if you are concerned, we would direct you to your Dr for a second opinion. Essentially DreamPad keeps your hips in a more natural position by preventing your knees from slipping away from each other.
