I thought perimenopause had ruined my sleep, I was waking up 3/4 times a night and finding it hard to get back to sleep. I believe actually I am a light sleeper and was being disturbed. I Tried lots of earplugs but these are the only ones I can side sleep with and actually work ! Some nights I don’t wake at all which feels like a miracle. The box lasts forever
Thank you so much, Elizabeth, this made our day! We're thrilled the DreamPlugs Earplugs for Sleeping are comfy enough for side sleeping and helping you sleep right through the night :) Any questions, just give us a shout! The Dream Team @ SleepyDeepy x
Received free when I bought 6 months of mouth tape. Not something I use every night, but very handy to have in my bedside drawer for when required.
Thank you, Scott! We're glad the DreamPlugs Earplugs for Sleeping are handy to have in the bedside drawer for those nights you need them :) SleepyDeepy x
Effective. Has helped me (finally) be able to sleep through the construction next door!
Construction next door is no joke - we're so glad the DreamPlugs Earplugs are finally letting you sleep through it! Thanks for taking the time to review. Much love - SleepyDeepy x
Being honest, when I first got these I thought they were the same as the cheaper purple ones I had purchased from Amazon. I thought I'd wasted my money. Then I used them and found they are brilliant! A much softer, more pliable material which moulds to your ear gently. I honestly couldn't hear a thing and had to turn my alarm up!! More importantly, they didn't make my ears itchy and a bit sore like the cheaper ones (which are now in the bin!) These plugs are great, and well worth every penny. I also adore my knee support but I will review that separately!
Hi Catherine, thank you so much for such a lovely review! We're delighted the DreamPlugs Earplugs for Sleeping are soft, comfy and block out the noise for proper uninterrupted rest :) Team SleepyDeepy x

When the earplugs first arrived I thought that they looked quite small. However, they actually fit very well and block out noise as hoped. Obviously no earplug will get rid of all noise but they do the job well. A very nice company to deal with too.
Thank you so much! We're so glad the DreamPlugs Earplugs for Sleeping fit well and block out the noise, and lovely to hear you enjoyed dealing with us too :) Sweet dreams! Team SleepyDeepy x
Received these as a freebie with my order, wasn't sure I'd actually use them, but now I don't know how I'd coped without them!
They block so much out, I no longer hear the fan running (which has been on a lot in these heatwaves!)
The most surprising thing is I no longer wake up when my partner wakes up for work, so I get much more sleep!
Hi Danielle, we're thrilled to hear how much these earplugs have helped you get better sleep! Thank you for sharing your experience. Sleep well! 😊 Team SleepyDeepy x
I can’t tell you because they still haven ‘t arrived! No updates!
Hi there, we're so sorry your DreamPlugs were delayed in transit. We are delighted to see they arrived with you the day after you left your review. Team SleepyDeepy x
Really doesnt matter what you do the ear buds dont stay in my ears.
Hey - sorry to hear this. You need to roll the earplug into a point and insert that point into your ear using a corkscrew motion - that way it should be firmly in before it starts expanding again. We are confident that you should be able to get a perfect fit which remains in place all night. Top tip - our DreamMask holds DreamPlugs nicely in place. Team SleepyDeepy

Really comfortable and easy to squish and insert, does the job, couldn't hear the fireworks during Guy Fawkes and Halloween. Didn't hurt my ears and didn't pop out during my sleep.

Used this gear through a long-haul flight and slept like a baby. DreamPlugs and the mask were a perfect combo as the mask keeps them tucked into your ears.

I picked up the mouth tape, dreampod and the teal eye mask - those 3 things together, honestly - I have never slept so well before. The dream duo.
Ah that is a dream combo for sure!
Finally uninterrupted sleep. I wake up without the background noise I didn't even realise was stressing me.
Great review, thank you
Honestly didn't think ear plugs could change my life, but here we are. Total silence, finally.

Preguntas frecuentes
