DreamTape
Unlock a Better Night's Sleep with DreamTape Mouth Tape
Better sleep starts with better breathing.
DreamTape is our soft, gentle mouth tape designed to support nose breathing through the night. Why does that matter? Because nose breathing helps regulate oxygen flow, reduces snoring, and supports your body’s natural recovery process.
Made with hypoallergenic, skin-safe adhesive and a flexible shape that stays put (without pulling), DreamTape is comfortable, breathable, and easy to use - even if it’s your first time.
Whether you’re waking up with a dry mouth, snoring at night, or just want to breathe better while you sleep - this tiny strip could be your biggest sleep upgrade yet.

DreamTape - Gentle Mouth Tape for Better Sleep
DreamTape is applied across the lips before sleep to keep the mouth closed overnight. That is the entire intervention - and the reason it works is straightforward.
When the mouth stays closed during sleep, the body defaults to nasal breathing. Nasal breathing produces nitric oxide, which dilates blood vessels, improves oxygen uptake and has been associated with lower blood pressure during sleep. The nose also filters, warms and humidifies incoming air in ways the mouth cannot replicate. Mouth breathing bypasses all of that - and it dries out the throat, increasing tissue vibration and the likelihood of snoring.
The vented design: DreamTape has a small gap in the centre of the strip. This allows emergency mouth breathing if needed - removing the primary safety concern new users have - and makes the tape significantly more comfortable for anyone starting out or dealing with mild congestion. Experienced users often prefer non-vented tape for a stronger seal, but the vented version is the right starting point for most people.
Adhesive quality matters: cheap mouth tape fails in two ways - it either loses adhesion during the night (defeating the purpose) or uses harsh adhesive that irritates the lips and surrounding skin by morning. DreamTape is formulated to hold through movement and sleep sweat without leaving redness or residue.
If you wake up with a dry mouth, have been told you snore, or simply feel unrefreshed despite sleeping enough hours, mouth breathing during sleep is the most likely common cause. DreamTape addresses it directly, drug-free, from the first night.
