Love this spray, such a lovely relaxing smell on my pillows.
I spray 20 mins before going to bed, this helps me relax.
Nice relaxing smell - however doesnt seem to last as well as some other mists you can buy- hence 4 stars

Can't sleep with out it , smells heavenly.

First time trying a pillow spray. Really nice smell. Just helps create an extra trigger to the mind that it's now time to unwind. Found myself reaching for it in middle of night when I woke up. Just wanted the scent there to drift off again. Can recommend.

Ah thanks Lu - yes DreamMist is sleep in a bottle! I find myself reaching for it if I have a wake-event too. Just needing a couple of sprays to send me back to sleep again. It triggers the brain's olfactory system - basically telling it to 'be quiet and go to sleep!'.

What are the ingredients that actually help in terms of getting me to sleep

So I have copied and pasted the Essential Oils list from the dropdown at the top of the page - you may have missed that - but also, having a scent to fall asleep to is just super important as it signals to the brains Olfactory System that it is time to sleep. Having a regular sleep scent just means that you have an extra trigger to tell your brain it is time to quieten down and get some shuteye. Hope that makes sense. It's all part of just having a great bedtime routine, or good sleep hygiene practice!
🌸 Lavender Oil
The timeless sleep whisperer. Known for its ability to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and slow a racing mind, lavender is the scent equivalent of a deep exhale.
