I have tried most of the other tapes but I have come back to the one that is the best, in my opinion. The fabric, the adhesive, is much gentler. Most importantly I get a good night's sleep and apparently I do not snore at all. Thank you.

I have tried various other similar but none work quite the same and in particular the materials used. Some were like removing sticking plaster or packing tape. I have recommended to friends.

Easy to use, lovely packaging and does not budge all night +++
Only used for four nights. Takes some getting used to but I still get up in the night but no dry mouth

really surprised at how great these little Dreamtapes are.I’ve struggled with getting a good nights sleep and also being disturbed by my husband getting to turn over as I snore, all resolved with this wonderful tape.

The tape is comfortable and a good shape, after wearing for a week I can already feel a difference. I sleep deeper, my face is less puffy in the mornings and I am more rested.

I thought I wouldn’t like having my mouth taped shut but you really can’t feel much on your mouth so it doesn’t feel scary.
It certainly has stopped me snoring and waking up with a sore throat!!! I still wake up quite a lot though. Think the little hole could be a bit bigger so I could get a straw in for water 😁

Since started using the tape my wife has not complained about some spontaneous sleep noises! disturbing her during the night. Whilst not the most glamorous, the tape is easy to use once you have perfected the knack of stripping off the sticky surface protective layer and seems to be effective in ensuring a good night's sleep when you most need it by encouraging nose breathing. I can also confirm that it works even if you are a beardy.

Was worried this might be painful to take off but it was not it was still on in the morning bit to early to say if it is helping,but I ease of use etc I am very happy with the whole range

Haha just put one on this second then looked at emails in bed!! I find yes they do work and no sore, dry, rough inside, mouth in the morning when I used to sleep with mouth wide open. However I did have slight sickness after acid reflux during the night one following night and that caused me a problem in that the tape caused panic and some swallowing back down throat. Don't know what the answer to this is but it does worry me. I'm trying again tonight.
The mouth tape has only minimally reduced the snoring and sleep apnea, the nose strips help but not as much as we were hoping for sadly. The mouth strips make him feel claustrophobic.
I originally bought the black and it did stop me snoring and from waking up multiple times a night with a dry mouth. I changed to pink as my wife wasn’t keen on the black 😂. I really do believe I’m sleeping better but I still wake up way before my alarm goes off. I suppose it’s the legacy of getting up early for many years. If you’re sceptical, give them a go. They do work.
This was my first purchase of this brand. I’ve tried various other brands and I never reordered, because whilst most worked, they had one or two elements that weren’t right.
These are a good size, have just the right level of stick for me. Easy to get off in the morning and absolutely no residue left. Also they didn’t take too long to arrive. I’ll be buying them again.
I use mine with lip balm underneath, just on my lips, it doesn’t affect the adhesive above and below and I wake to moisturized lips each morning. The combo has been a game changer for my super dry lips.

Absolutely amazing stuff. My partner wasn’t sleeping because of my menopause snoring and he was grumpy all the time .Been using this for over a month and he now sleeps and is a changed man no more grumpiness .so pleased I found it , dubious at first but even I sleep better

I suffer from a very dry mouth when I sleep, following radiotherapy for throat cancer 16 years ago, leaving me with very little saliva.
The mouth tape is the first product I’ve used which helps with this situation.
They take a few nights to get used to but having the little hole in the front allays any fear of not breathing. This has never been a problem, obviously, or I wouldn’t be writing this 😂.
I use them with a lip balm which eases removing it in the morning.
Definitely really pleased I found these tapes. Unless you know what it’s like to wake up to a mouth feeling like sandpaper then you don’t realise what an advantage having these are.

Yes - DreamTape uses skin-safe, medical-grade adhesive and is designed to be comfortable and easy to remove. Always apply to clean, dry skin and discontinue use if you experience any irritation.
