Received free when I bought 6 months of mouth tape. Not something I use every night, but very handy to have in my bedside drawer for when required.
Very comfortable fit and all helping to contribute to better sleep
When the earplugs first arrived I thought that they looked quite small. However, they actually fit very well and block out noise as hoped. Obviously no earplug will get rid of all noise but they do the job well. A very nice company to deal with too.
Received these as a freebie with my order, wasn't sure I'd actually use them, but now I don't know how I'd coped without them!
They block so much out, I no longer hear the fan running (which has been on a lot in these heatwaves!)
The most surprising thing is I no longer wake up when my partner wakes up for work, so I get much more sleep!

Really doesnt matter what you do the ear buds dont stay in my ears.
Hey - sorry to hear this. You need to roll the earplug into a point and insert that point into your ear using a corkscrew motion - that way it should be firmly in before it starts expanding again. We are confident that you should be able to get a perfect fit which remains in place all night. Top tip - our DreamMask holds DreamPlugs nicely in place. Team SleepyDeepy

Really comfortable and easy to squish and insert, does the job, couldn't hear the fireworks during Guy Fawkes and Halloween. Didn't hurt my ears and didn't pop out during my sleep.

Yes - the foam is flexible and expands gently to fit most ear sizes comfortably, including smaller or more sensitive ears.
DreamPlugs don’t stop snoring at the source, but they do help block it out so you can sleep through it peacefully.
Absolutely. DreamPlugs are soft and low-profile, making them a great option for side sleepers. When accompanied with our DreamMask they truly do stay im all night.
If they’re inserted correctly (roll, insert, hold), they should stay in place. But everyone’s sleep style is different - if needed, try adjusting how deep you place them or gently pulling your ear upward during insertion for a better seal. In our trials, we found that they will best stay in place when accompanied with our DreamMask.
