Absolutely. DreamPlugs are soft and low-profile, making them a great option for side sleepers. When accompanied with our DreamMask they truly do stay im all night.

If they’re inserted correctly (roll, insert, hold), they should stay in place. But everyone’s sleep style is different - if needed, try adjusting how deep you place them or gently pulling your ear upward during insertion for a better seal. In our trials, we found that they will best stay in place when accompanied with our DreamMask.
