Sleeping through for the first time in many years

Sleeping through for the first time in many years. I would usually wake up 4 plus times per night to have a drink because my mouth was uncomfortably dry, or wake myself with a real loud snore/ snort, but since using the tape i haven't been waking at all until its time to get up!

The One impulse purchase I was glad I'd made!

I must admit it was an impulse purchase that when the tape arrived Ithoight why on earth did I order that? I was convinced it would be consigned to the drawer of other things thought to be a good idea at the time! Anyway I did make myself try them for at least one night, that was the plan. Felt slightly awkward when putting on and was conscious of it when trying to get to sleep, I did get to sleep no problem and all I can say is I definitely had a better night sleep. Felt more refreshed in the morning and my throat and nasal passages didn't feel at all dry like they usually do (apparently I snore!) the second night I was looking forward to using it and when on it actually felt quite comforting. And I had another good night sleep with reports of no snoring from hubby! I will order the pink ones next time as I gave myself a fright when I got up for my usual midnight pee and looked in the mirror. I don't recommend looking in the mirror if wearing the black ones!!
I haven't used any other type but I'll stick with sleepy deepy as they were the cheapest I had come across bit perfectly suited to my needs. Hubby is going to try one tonight.
