The speaker is loud when switched On and Off. The volume of the announcement function cannot be lowered, which makes it unusable for me unfortunately .
The idea is good but product performance needs refining.
Just the thing that I have been looking for. I can fall asleep listening to music without disturbing my wife. Harmony restored and I'm sleeping much better.
night 1 i thought i was sending this back as i thought sound wasn't clear enough, but i figured it out. Place it right at your ear under the pillow and it sounds fab

Bought these during the launch offer and picked up one for my wife too. We both use earphones to listen to different things when falling asleep. We have only been using these about a week so far, but already I'm highly impressed. You can move about freely without worrying about earphones digging into your head. Sound is really clear. Would recommend.
